Account Manager
After working for two independent accounting practices in Kent over a period of 16 years, Phil joined Winters in 2000. He took on his current role with Target in 2007. Phil maintains close working relationships with many key Target clients, providing top-level support and building the right teams of specialists to deliver individual services as required. He offers a very wide range of accounting experiences, is responsible for all forensic work at the practice and also looks are a number of high profile arts clients.
