Director of Business Advisory & Assurance, Reading Office
Mike McAllister is Director of Business Advisory & Assurance in the Reading office. He manages a team of around fifteen people, delivering a range of services designed to improve strategic and financial management in business. Mike joined Target following its acquisition of Ernest Francis in 2005 - in fact he helped to initiate the deal, having been a partner at the firm for the previous five years. He currently signs off many of the audits generated by the Reading office, including all charity audits. His breadth of experience across many different sectors means he is well placed to provide crucial strategic advice to growing businesses, helping them to extract important conclusions from a variety of different management information.
