Head of London Office
Kevin started his career at the Inland Revenue in the Special Investigations Unit - experience that is still of great value when giving insights into both sides of the divide. Joining Winters in 1988 as a personal tax specialist, he eventually became Managing Partner before taking on his current role with Target as head of the London office. Kevin delivers broad, top-level strategic advice to many Target clients. His internal role involves a large amount of business planning, including integration of the London office into the new Target structure. This hands-on entrepreneurial focus is a major asset when supporting clients who are facing similar growth and management challenges. Kevin is often the first point of contact between Target and new clients and he also advises many barristers and lawyers who use the London office's legal sector practice.
