As Group Managing Director, Keith Seeley offers strategic insights into business growth and development that are based on substantial personal business successes.  He has twice built major accountancy practices from scratch, starting with Lathams in the North West which he grew to 200 employees before exiting and joining Target in 2002.  Keith helped founder Mark Harman to build the group from a tax practice with 10 employees to a full service group with 200 employees in five years.  He also has experience with public companies - Keith is chairman of 2Ergo plc, which he took through AIM flotation in 2003.

Keith relishes the challenge of working directly with growing businesses to help them reach their full potential.  He has helped many Target clients to gain perpective on their businesses, allowing them to take a step back and review overall business goals.  His input has proved to be highly effective in boosting business performance and steering businesses to meet the owners' short and long-term personal objectives.
