Group Director

As a group director, Jon Rolfe is responsible for running Target Financial Management (TFM) and especially for work on integration TFM with tax consultancy services.  He also provides advice to a select number of high value clients himself.  Originally trained at Chase de Vere, Jon was fast tracked and qualified as their youngest ever face-to-face adviser at the time.  He joined Target in 2003 as a senior consultant before becoming a board member in 2006.  Extensive experience with high net worth and ultra high net worth individuals means that Jon is ideally placed to construct innovative and tax-efficient financial strategies, focusing on precise personal goals and priorities.
