Head of Business Advisory and Assurance

As head of Business Advisory and Assurance (BAA) in the London office, Jason manages a wide portfolio of clients ranging from smaller family-owned businesses through to large PLCs, including subsidiaries of international groups.  Jason has significant experience both with Solicitors' practices and with Barristers' Chambers as well as with company pension scheme audits, especially those in wind-up.  A professional footballer before joining Winters in 1996, he qualified in 1999 and has been a partner and latterly director of Target since April 2007.  His BAA team consists of around 30 people, delivering a range of compliance work and wider business services.  Jason manages the provision of audits, statu7tory accounts and management accounts as well as support activities such as bookkeeping, payroll and VAT.
