Director
Andrew Sandiford leads the BA&A team. He is a Shareholder and Director of Target and has twelve years of audit, advisory, and transaction support experience. Andrew came to Target in 2005 from a major regional practice where he worked with a wide range of client types. Those ranged from smaller owner-managed businesses through to AIM and OFEX listed businesses, including those with complex international operations.
Most of Andrew's time is spent helping businesses to understand what they could achieve and what strategies could help them to reach their goals. Clients include established firms, recent MBOs and businesses wanting to expand. Advice can include issues such as ownership structures, management structures, business finance and analysis of which products or services are profitable. Andrew's focus is always on useful management information rather than historical data.
