To be a great owner managed business and high net worth individual trusted advisor, offering great service to clients and great opportunities for those who want a challenge
 
We work largely for independent businesses whose owners are still active in management – typically as shareholder directors - and for other successful, wealthy individuals.
 
Target offers exceptional levels of service and expertise to achieve exceptional results. These results rest on three core beliefs:
 
  1. Maximum wealth can be achieved only via an integrated approach to business and personal finances
  2. The best client service embraces more than reliable traditional accountancy, offering proactive input from experts in tax, corporate transactions and wealth management

Vision
 
Our aim is to continue growing, both organically and by the acquisition of selected offices whose clients could benefit from our approach.  Having already become a UK top 50 firm, our next goal is to enter the top 25 by 2010.
 
We value our independence because it keeps us in tune with our clients, who are also independent. Therefore Target will continue to operate as a business whose principal owners work within it.
